CANCELLED AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Please understand that your time commitment begins at the moment you reserve your appointment. In order to make it fair to everyone, please consider your schedule carefully and don't commit to a time that you feel may be questionable. There are times when a cancellation is, of course, necessary; but please give advanced notice whenever possible. Missed or cancelled appointments (medical emergencies excluded) without twenty four (24) hour notice will be charged in full for the missed session.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, and I am able to fill your slot, you will not be charged.
ARRIVING LATE
If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes (unless having telephoned me that you might be late), you will be considered a 'no show'. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment... and regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Please note that your appointment will still end at its scheduled time.
If my schedule allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at my own discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.
The only exception to these rules will be for medical emergencies, death in the family or severe weather.
DRAPING
Draping is a must and not an option. I follow proper massage draping protocol with each and every massage. Even if the client is wearing their undergarments' a towel or sheet will be used in addition. Not additional draping is necessary if the client is in clothing/outer wear.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of service. Venmo, checks, and cash are accepted payment methods.
